Male chimeras hemizygous for a gene trapped allele exhibit abnormalities in developmental patterning and embryo turning. Mice homozygous for a conditional allele activated in T cells exhibit increased Th17 differentiation and susceptibility to injection with anti-CD3 antibodies.
