Mutation details: A 6.7 kb fragment upstream of the Fzd10 transcription initiation site was used to drive expression of a cre gene with a nuclear localization signal in the dorsal telencephalon during development and pyramidal cell fields of the adult hippocampus. Seven founders were created and one line was maintained.
