Mutation details: The lacZ reporter was placed under the control of the Cdkn1a promoter. Seven of twelve founders passed the transgene on to the next generation. Three lines showed sufficiently high levels of lacZ expression for further study. Line 44 displays no basal lacZ expression but does show high levels of expression after etoposide treatment.
