The data are shown as a 3D plot with relative measurements in 4 separate areas of the cochlea (basal end, mid-basal, mid-apical, and apical end) normalized to beta-actin and the most immature stage E17 apex. The highest expression level was observed in the mid apical region at P2 and expression also increased in the basal half before P2.
