Mutation detailsAn 800 bp cassette composed of 3 copies of a 34 bp oligonucleotide containing the DR5 retinoic acid response element (RARE) upstream of the Hspa1b promoter was cloned into a plasmid ahead of the cre coding sequence. The construct was used to generate mice, with two founders demonstrating the expected cre mRNA in situ pattern being obtained. The founder displaying the highest expression level was used for further study. (J:166703)
