Mutation details: Around 3 copies of an 11 kb Hoxd9/lacZ and floxed pgk-neo transgene construct were inserted into the rel5 position (GRCm39:chr2:74252397). This also resulted in duplication of most of the targeted sequence. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette and additional Hoxd9/lacZ copies. LacZ expression is seen in the digits.
