Mutation details: A PGK-cre recombinase transgene, followed by a FRT site-flanked neomycin resistance cassette, was inserted into intron 1-2 of the ROSA26 locus. The construct was electroporated into Bruce4 ES cells. Chimeras were backcrossed to C57BL/6J mice and the line was maintained on the B6 background.
