Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Inducible, Recombinase)
Inducer:    tamoxifen
Mutation:    Insertion

Hhextm1.1(cre/Esr1*)Sia expression driven by 1 gene

Mutation detailsThe targeting vectors were constructed with the RP23-348B20 BAC clone. A CreERTM fusion protein carrying a polyA sequence and an FRT-flanked PGK-Neo cassette are inserted into the first exon of Hhex gene. FLPe-mediated recombination excised the PGK-Neo cassette, leaving a single FRT site behind. (J:222398)
