description
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Conditional ready, Inducible, Recombinase)
Inducer:    tamoxifen
Mutation:    Insertion

Rprd1bTg(CAG-GFP/neo*,-cre/Esr1*)32Ichi expression driven by 1 gene

Mutation detailsThe transgene construct consisting of truncated CAG promoter and FRT-flanked modified GFP/neo fusion gene followed by CreMer fusion protein and truncated Pgk poly-A was inserted into the intron 3 of Rprd1b gene. Prior to FLP-mediated excision of the FRT-flanked GFP/neo fusion gene, expression of GFP/neo is observed in various tissues. By breeding to Flip recombinase expressing mice, Rprd1b transgenic line was generated by removing GFP/neo fusion gene. (J:240153)
