Notes:
(a) Compared to immature cumulus-oocyte complexes (COC's), expression was not significantly different 4 hr after hCG in mature COC's. A significant 2.1-fold increase in expression was observed 10 hr post-hCG compared post-eCG. The level of expression was maintained and not significantly different at 14 hr post-hCG.
