Mutation details: The transgene contains 4 repeats of a synthetic HIF-DNA binding sequence (4xHRE) and TK minimal promoter of unknown origin followed by 770-bps -globin intron drives expression of cre recombinase gene fused with the oxygen-dependent degradation (ODD) domain. This transgene is responsive to hypoxia. Six founder lines were identified. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled.
