Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThe targeting vector is created using the flp excision system (FLEx). The vector contains from 5'; to 3': lox2272, loxP sites, a FLEx cassette containing the last exon of Ank3 (ENSMUSE00001264329 within ENSMUST00000182992.8), an FRT-flanked neo cassette, a pGHpA sequence, and an EGFP reporter in reverse orientation followed by lox2272 and loxP sites inserted downstream of the endogenous last exon. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:333091)
