Mutation details: A viral 2A oligopeptide, a iCre recombinase/ERT2 fusion followed by an FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette were inserted between the coding region of exon 2 and the 3' untranslated region in frame to the Bmp10 gene on chromosome 6 via homologous recombination in the ES cells. The expression of Bmp10 is not affected by the insertion. (J:101977)
