Mutation details: The targeting vector inserted the CAG promoter, FRT flanked 3XpA, loxP flanked 3XpA, tdTomato-p2A-DreO, and Neo into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor gene via homologous recombination in embryonic stem cells. The removal of both STOP sequences by Flp and Cre recombinase is required to express the tdTomato and DreO recombinase.
