Mutation details: The murine BC037156 cDNA was inserted into the pEmuSR vector, which contains the mouse IgH enhancer, the rabbit poly(A) addition region, SV40 sequence and the potent SRalpha promoter which consists of the SV40 early promoter and the R segment and part of the U5 sequence of the long terminal repeat of human T-cell leukemia virus type 1. This vector is used to drive expression in lymphoid tissues, predominately in B cells.
