Mutation details: This allele contains a CAG-cre-2A-flpo-2A-EYFP cassette with an inserted roxed selection (NeoR) cassette and is located in the Hprt1 gene on the X chromosome. Maternal contribution observed when used as a cre deleter. Both cre and flpo recombinases are active but cre-mediated excision occurs first when bred with lines containing both floxed and flipped sequences.
