Mutation details: The transgene was obtained by microinjection of a circular murine BAC transgene (RP23-109L9), previously modified by recombineering at the ATG of the Nrf2f2 gene of a Cre-F3-ERT2-F3 dual cassette followed by a roxed PGK-Tn5-Kana/NeoR cassette. The roxed PGK-Tn-Kana/NeoR cassette was not removed. The subline 40 was analyzed and cryopreserved. The number of transgenic copies integrated into the genome was estimated to be one per ddPCR. The corresponding integration site was not searched. The expression of cre mRNA was observed at low level in heart, ovary and uterus (respectively 5, 1 and 2% of endogenous expression).
