Efficiency of deletion was confirmed by crossing this line with the cre recombinase-inducible fluorescent reporter Gt(ROSA)26Sor. EGFP labeling was observed in a structure next to the ovary which could be the oviduct/uterus transition, no labeling in the oviduct was observed. In the heart, EGFP labelling is observed in some cardiomyocytes. In uterus, EGFP labelling is observed in smooth muscle cells. In bladder, EGFP labelling is observed in few smooth muscle cells.
