Transgene
description
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsAn EGFP reporter gene, followed by a polyadenylation sequence, was inserted into BAC clone RP23-128F1 at the initiating ATG codon of the first coding exon of the Nr4a1 gene so that EGFP expression is driven by the regulatory sequences of the BAC gene. The resulting modified BAC (BX1262) was used to generate this transgene. (J:100256)
