• Mutation details: The founder mouse line designated H11-3XattP (H11P3), has three tandem attP sequences in the Igs2 locus of C57BL/6 mice. The Sprr3 transgene was microinjected with a cocktail consisted of a plasmid pBT378-CAG-L4SL-SPRR3 donor vector DNA that was in vitro transcribed C31 integrase mRNA. The donor has two attB sites to catalyze the integration. (J:94077)
