Mutation details: The following elements were inserted into an intron: an adenovirus splice acceptor site, a conditional STOP cassette (loxP site flanked cassette consisting of PGK promoter, neomycin resistance gene, PGK p(A) and 3X SV40 p(A) signal sequences), followed by mouse Zap70 cDNA, an FRT site flanked IRES-EGFP cassette and bovine GH p(A) signal sequences. This allele only expresses Zap70 and EGFP after Cre-mediated removal of the stop cassette.
