cardiovascular system
• 5.1-fold enhancement in muscarinic-induced bradcycardic response
• carbachol injection results in severe bradycardia
• however, adenosine-induced bradcycardic response is not significantly different
• procaterol-induced tachycardia is significantly attenuated at high doses
• however, there is a slightly negative chronotropic response to procaterol at low doses

homeostasis/metabolism
