LS

Inbr (Le) F80. Black-and-tan, or black and tan with white spots: at,ls/at,+. Origin: Mutation to lethal spotting (ls) occurred in C57BL-at mice at Harwell. Phillips to Lane as balanced stock in 1961. Homozygous ls/ls develop megacolon, but some survive and breed. Maint. by Le.
