Homozygous null mutation in this gene results in no abnormal phenotype, except for reduced stress fiber formation in serum starved fibroblasts. However, in combination with Tg(MMTV-PyVT)634Mul mice, metastatic potential of tumors and tumor cell motility are decreased.
