Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit impaired alpha tubulin acetylation and abnormal dentate gyrus morphology. Mice homozygous for a different knock-out allele exhibit reduced male fertility associated with teratozoospermia, oligozoospermia andasthenozoospermia.
