Mice homozygous for a null allele exhibit spleen hypoplasia, impaired CD4+ T cell homing, increased white blood cell, lymphocyte, and neutrophil, and reduced B and T cell numbers in the lymph nodes, peripheral lymph nodes, and spleen.
