Mico homozygous for an ENU-induced allele exhibit dextrocardia associated with situs inversus totalis and hypoplastic spleen, adrenal anomalies and immotile/dyskinetic tracheal airway cilia. Mice homozygous for a conditional allele activated ubiquitously in adults exhibit reduced sperm number and motility.
