Mice homozygous for null alleles exhibit embryonic lethality during early organogenesis and may show failure of embryo turning and absence of centrioles, cilia and centrosomes. Mice homozygous for a hypomorphic allele display partial lethality, dwarfism and a wide range of abnormalities.
