This locus controls resistance to leukemogenesis induced by B-tropic radiation leukemia virus A-RadLV in strains with the b allele of Fv1. Strains of H2s haplotype are resistant; strains of H2 haplotypes r, b, k and d are susceptible. H2 recombinant analysis locates Rrv1 in the proximal I region.
