Skn1 and Skn2 control rejection of strain A skin grafts by lethally irradiated C57BL/6 mice restored with (C57BL/6 x A)F1 bone marrow or spleen. Different allelic forms occur in strain A and C57BL/6. Skn1 is closely linked to H24 and may be identical.
