Molecular description: A 17kb promoter fragment of the mouse Alx4 (aristaless-like homeobox 4) was cloned upstream of the CreERT2 cDNA fusing Cre at codon 13 located within exon 2. This linear fragment was injected into pronuclei and chimeras were generated. The site of integration is unknown.
