Molecular description: The mice promoters contained within a 24 kb intergenic region drive prostate luminal cell-specific expression of the EGFP reporter gene and tamoxifen-inducible cre recombinase gene (cre/ERT), respectively. The cre fusion is followed by a polyadenylation sequence and 2 copies of the chicken beta globin 5' HS4 insulator sequence. 24 kb of the intergenic region that separates the promoters. The pound symbol is used when no line is specified and/or liens are pooled.
