Htr2ctm1.1(cre)Heis - Head
Recombinase Activity Detail
Allele Information
Allele:
Htr2ctm1.1(cre)Heis
5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 2C; targeted mutation 1.1, Lora Heisler
Driver: Htr2c
Type: Targeted (Recombinase)
Synonym: 5-HT2CRCRE
Molecular description: The targeting construct was generated by insertion of a FRT-NEO-FRT-IRES-CRE cassette between the stop codon and the polyA site of the gene. Homologous recomination in ES cells generated correctly targetted mice. Crossing resulting mice with FlpO deleter mice removed the selection cassette.
