P2rx2tm1.1(cre)Ttc - Head
Recombinase Activity Detail
Allele Information
Allele:
P2rx2tm1.1(cre)Ttc
purinergic receptor P2X, ligand-gated ion channel, 2; targeted mutation 1, Thomas E Taylor-Clark
Driver: P2rx2
Type: Targeted (Recombinase)
Synonym:
Molecular description: The targeting vector using bacterial artificial chromosomes (BACs) clone RP23-333M22 and RP23-354O18 was constructed by inserting a 2A-Cre cassette to replace the TGA stop codon of the P2rx2 gene. The Neo cassette flanked by SDA (self-deletion anchor) sites were removed in the cell. The vector was transfected into the C57BL/6 ES cell to establish mouse line by homologous recombination.
