Molecular description: A P2ACreERT2rGpA gene cassette was knockedin in-frame just before the stop codon. An extra 25 amino acid residues is added to Cterminal of the encoded protein after the ribosome skipping event. Three founders (#10, 42, 68) were generated. Line 10 was used for the study.
