Molecular description: The genomic sequence between the start codon of the Tas2r143 gene and the stop codon of the Tas2r126 gene (35.2 kb) on the BAC clone RP23-316O11 containing the Tas2r143 promoter was replaced by a cassette carrying the CreERT2 cDNA followed by a polyadenylation (pA) signal. Three lines were generated with similar expression patterns. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled.
