Notes

This mutation is extinct. Homozygous mutant mice do not have convulsions. These mice have a higher concentration of creatine phosphate and ribose in the supernatant fraction of calcium-precipitated trichloracetic acid extracts of the brain than their normal sibs (J:13085). They also have lower serum cholinesterase (J:14896) and serum betaglobulins, but higher serum albumins (J:315).
