Mice homozygous for an ENU-induced mutation exhibit anemia, lymphopenia, neutrophilia and tissue-specific pathology, defective neutrophil migration, phagocytosis and F-actin polymerization, abnormal B and T cell development, impaired T cell activation and adhesion, and enhanced IL-17 production.
