Expression was detected in all tissues but levels varied dramatically between tissues. Expression levels were quantitated densitometrically and graphed in Figure 8C, comparing levels for Rbbp4 (see assay MGI:2656313) and Rbbp7. The 2 genes had similar levels in most tissues, except that in thymus and testis Rbbp4 was 2-fold higher than Rbbp7 and in ovary/uterus Rbbp7 was 2-fold higher than Rbbp4.
