Analysis of beta-galactosidase expression was the same as previously described Pou3f1 expression. (J:34465)

Notes

Mice homozygous for the mutation were dies soon afetr birth, but 2-4% survived with a runted phenotype and slight tremor. Immunochhemical analysis of sciatic nerves revealed postnatal developmental delays in Schwann Cell differentiation (J:34465).
