Notes

This mutation arose in descendants of (101 x C3H) F1 male mice irradiated with ¹³⁷Cs gamma rays. Two mutant loci were deduced from the appearance of similar mutants in two different lines; the second mutation, called Pcs-2, proved to be an allele at the Cat4 locus (J:9528).
