A quantitative trait locus associated with inflammatory arthritis Laq1 was mapped in (C57BL/6-Tnfrsf6^lpr x MRL-Tnfrsf6^lpr)F2 progeny which correlates with D19Mit72 on mouse Chromosome 1. D19Mit72 has been renamed D1Mit1001.
