Mapping and Phenotype information for this QTL, its variants and associated markers

The authors have mapped radiation induced gastroschisis (abdominal wall defect) QTL using genome wide microsatellite typing for markers in a group of mice with gastroschisis to mouse Chromosome 7. At least one of the loci responsible for this trait maps close to D7Mit195 (linkage p = 0.00082) encompassing the interval D7Mit227 and D7Mit148.
