Notes

Mapping and Phenotype information for this QTL, its variants and associated markers

J:3657

Quantitative trait locus analysis (QTL) was used to determine that a locus on mouse Chromosome 12 was associated with liver tumor development in the F2 generation in male A/J x C3H/He mice. There were 174 informative meioses. This locus designated Hsc3 shows a significant association with telomeric markers Odc-rs8 and Igh-V.
