Mutation detailsThis allele is a derivative of Gcktm1Mgn in which all the loxP flanked sequences including exons 9 and 10 as well as the neomycin selection cassette were deleted by injecting heterozygous fertilized eggs with a plasmid expressing Cre recombinase. Progeny were screened for the allele in which all sequences were deleted. (J:51826)
