Parent Cell Line:  TL1/TL-1 (ES Cell)
Strain of Origin:  129S6/SvEvTac
Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready, Hypomorph, Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThis hypomorphic allele is a derivative of Bmp4tm3Blh. LoxP sites were inserted flanking exons 3 and 4, and a promoterless lacZ gene was inserted 3' to the loxP insertions. An frt-flanked neomycin selection cassette that was inserted downstream of the lacZ gene was removed by Flpe mediated recombination in the final allele. (J:75136)
