In 109 mice from a (B10.S/DvTe x SJL/J)F1 x B10.S/DvTe backcross the QTL locus controlling susceptibility to autoimmune epidymitis in mice, Epd1, was mapped to a region of mouse Chromosome 16 at markers D16Mit130, D16Mit79, D16Mit154, and D16Mit182 with a suggested cM position of 3.3.
