Mapping and Phenotype information for this QTL, its variants and associated markers

J:53263

In order to map quantitative trait loci associated with CD3 mAb mediated T-cell proliferation, male mice of strains BALB/c (background strain), CcS-5 (high responder), and 91 F2 hybrids between CcS-5 and BALB/c were analyzed. Tria3 was statistically correlated with markers D17Mit30, D17Mit51 and D17Mit138 on mouse Chromosome 17.
