Mutation details: This allele is a derivative of Pck1tm1Mgn in which the loxP-flanked neomycin cassette and sequences including exons 4 and 5 were removed in single cells embryos by transient Cre expression. Transcripts derived from this allele were reduced by 42 and 33% in liver and brown adipose tissue of heterozygous mice.
