Parent Cell Line:  Not Specified (ES Cell)
Strain of Origin:  129/Sv
Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Null/knockout)
Mutations:    Insertion, Intragenic deletion

Mutation detailsThe first coding exon was included in a 742 bp region deleted via homologous recombination. The targeting vector also contained an IRES-lacZ-neo cassette that replaced the 3' portion of exon 3. Endogenous protein was undetected by Western blot analysis of homozygous mutant mice. No beta-galactosidase activity was detected by staining. (J:82221)
